AP Information

Did you encounter a technical difficulty or scheduling conflict in taking your AP Digital Exam?

You may submit a request directly via your MyAP account for a makeup digital exam if:

  • An issue occurred during your digital exam that impacted your ability to test.

  • An unexpected situation or scheduled conflict (like graduation!) prevented you from being able to take your digital exam on the scheduled exam date.

  • You didn’t start check in before the official start time for the exam and were therefore unable to test.

  • Your exam responses were unable to successfully submit to the AP Program after repeated attempts to submit.

The makeup exam schedule can be viewed online HERE

Deadlines:

If you want to request a makeup digital exam, the STUDENT must do so directly through their My AP account online as soon as your initial exam date/time has passed. Requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the makeup digital exam you want to take (for example, if you are requesting to take the US History makeup exam taking place on June 17th, you must submit your request in MyAP by June 10th).

Review the make up exam submission deadlines here.

Please see directions on the attached schedule to view how to do this.

If you will need to keep your LWSD laptop to take your exam with, please contact Ms. Ferguson to notify her of this need and for instructions on how/when to return your laptop.

AP Updates

From LWSD Tech Ops:

Users will install AP Exam software from Software Center.

If users do not see them in Software Center by Monday morning May 3rd,  they should REStart their device and check back 15 minutes later to allow the download.

For all students taking an AP digital exam: The installer for College Board Digital AP Exams – v0.9.1 was able to be fully automated. It is therefore a fairly simple process for users to just install the software from Software Center. We have included a guide for this as an extra precaution, but most users should already know how to install software from Software Center.
